Is your inability to manage time draining you financially, mentally, physically and emotionally? Maybe the issue is not as much as knowledge and skills, but rather attitudes and habits.
Have you been to a time management training course? Are you still using the knowledge and skills? For many, the new knowledge and skills gained in most time management training programs is lost within six to twelve months. The reason more often than not is attitudes and habits.
How long were you the slave to time? For many, the answer is usually years. Then, how can you expect a one day, two day or even three day time management training program to change many years or habits of behavior? Simply speaking, it won’t.
Behaviors are the physical demonstration of positive attitudes or negative attitudes that have been driven by beliefs. For example, if you believe that you and only you can handle specific situations then you will always be a slave to time. Now what would happen if tomorrow you never show up for work again? Would the company fall apart? Probably not is the answer in 95% of the cases.
Another behavior that is a habit is the inability to say No. You know how to say No, but choose not to do so. So, time again becomes the master and you are the slave.
Would you like to stop this drain on your KASH Box along with everything else? Then learn to focus on developing the necessary attitudes and habits necessary for time management success.
P.S. KASH Box for Sustainable Change is K=knowledge; A=Attitudes; S=Skills; H=Habits where KASH is supported by a Change Drawer that holds the positive return on investment when Behaviors change for the good of the individual.
Would you like to take control of your time? Are you tired of not getting things done on time or on budget? Do you truly know how to write goal statements that are executable, reinforce your long term desires and work within your limited time?
