Contrary to popular opinion, productivity can only be accomplished when both management works together with its workers. While it's the job of your employees to provide internal motivation for themselves, it's your responsibility as employer to give them all the external motivation they need. This is, however, more difficult when we're talking about the field staff since you can't be physically on hand to supervise them. But it's not impossible and here are several tips and tools to help you ensure the productivity of your field staff.
Tip: A Happy Staff is a Productive Staff
Many employers believe that financial incentives alone can ensure the productivity of their employees, whether deskbound or assigned with field work. This is true only to a certain extent. When motivation offered is purely material, you're training your staff to attach a dollar price to every thing they do. But if you show a genuine interest in the happiness and well-being of your employers, they will show the same care to your business, motivated to do their best not for the sake of compensation but only to please you in return.

If you cannot be happy now and enjoy life, when can you be happy? Live life by the second that is your NOW!
Life is beyond positive thinking for positive thinking sake. Do you find yourself looking to the future and hoping that it will be a better life than your past?
Are you like the majority of people living today longing for their future, their retirement; getting a better job; earning more money. While they should enjoy life, they are prepared to postpone their happiness waiting for some future goal to come about.
At first glance, it would seem that positive thinking and Attention
Deficit Disorder (ADD) have nothing to do with one another. But many of
us with ADD develop negative thinking patterns because we become
frustrated by our challenges and frequent feelings of being
overwhelmed. This negative outlook then makes it even harder for us to
manage those challenges and move forward.
At first glance, it would seem that positive thinking and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) have nothing to do with one another. But many of us with ADD develop negative thinking patterns because we become frustrated by our challenges and frequent feelings of being overwhelmed. This negative outlook then makes it even harder for us to manage those challenges and move forward.
Practicing positive thinking allows people with ADD to focus on our strengths and accomplishments, which increases happiness and motivation. This, in turn, allows us to spend more time making progress, and less time feeling down and stuck. The following tips provide practical suggestions that you can use to help you shift into more positive thinking patterns:
“To discover your true destiny, you must first explore what it is that you want out of life. If you desire prosperity and happiness, you need to initiate two key elements: intuition and motivation — the rest comes naturally.”
How does one discover his/her true destiny? Is there really a natural order to the Universal flow of energy in which your future is predetermined? That depends entirely on you. You see, the difference between destiny and fate is that while fate is the final outcome; destiny requires an essential component of participation: YOU.
To discover your true destiny, you must first explore what it is that you want out of life. If you desire prosperity and happiness, you need to initiate two key elements: intuition and motivation — the rest comes naturally.
Learn the keys to mastering communication. Better communication can equal more happiness and inner peace in your life.
Learn the keys to improving your communication skills and become more effective in getting what you want in your life.
The reason why most people have unsatisfactory results in their life, is because they have poor communication skills. People get frustrated when they don’t get what they want, and often times don’t realize it is because they did not communicate clearly, what it is they wanted.
Poor results come from poor communication, not only in personal communication, but also in metaphysical communication. Many times people do not get exactly what they want in life because their communication to the Universe or the Higher Power and to themselves is unclear.
You must be very clear on exactly what it is you want when communicating with another person, The Universe, or yourself.
Irrevocable
commitments that offer no loopholes, no bail-out provisions, and no
parachute clauses will extract incredible productivity and
performance from yourself.

Do
you know that what you commit yourself to doing and being changes who
and what you are? By committing to a greater vision, you become a
greater person.
I
suppose it should be no surprise that those who already have achieved
a taste of success in any arena are much more likely not only to set
goals, but to have a sense of total commitment to those goals because
they have greater confidence. And the most successful are those who
are “on fire? with their goals. They have reached the point where
goals have become elevated to “promises?.
The Law of Attraction teaches us to recognize our personal preferences by noticing how things feel and asking ourselves, “Which feels better? This or that?” When we take the time to notice our feelings, we learn about ourselves in a way that leads to great personal freedom and happiness. Would life be different if you believed that everything you love and enjoy is just right for you?
What would happen if you knew yourself so well you could say with confidence, “No thank you, I prefer…”
How would you look at others if you really understood that their choices are perfect for them?

When does a person need a business or success coach? How is it helpful for life and business?
The other day, I was walking down the street, and was stopped by a young man who looked distressed. He said to me, “Hey, man, would you be willing to give me $20? The fan belt on my car broke, and I need another $20 to get it fixed.”
I looked around, and I didn’t see a car, or a garage. I said, “Where’s your car?” He said, “It’s just around the corner.” My first thought? You guessed it – is he trying to scam me? I allowed myself to think that for just a second, and when I realized what I was thinking, I immediately put my hand in my pocket and gave him the $20.
Now, right now, what’s going through your mind? Was it a scam? Was it the truth?
Your life is a reflection of your attitudes. Sometimes, attitude is one essential mental sphere of life that individuals wrestle with some difficulty or with great ease; the reason being that how one looks at life differs from one individual to another.
A positive attitude, however, is not a destination. It is a way of life. If you really want to be happy, no one can stop you from being happy. That’s the way it is.
Arthur C. Benson has said: “The essence of happy living is never to find life dull, never feel the ugly weariness which comes to overstrain; to be fresh, cheerful, leisurely, sociable, unhurried, well-balanced. It seems to me impossible to be these things unless we have time to consider life a little, to deliberate, to select, to abstain.” Likewise, this Biblical verse from Ephesians 4:31 holds deep meaning in life in having an attitude of forgiveness and kindness: “Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamor, and railing be put away from you, with all malice: and be kind one to another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other.”
