Do you know that your thoughts shape your reality?
What goes in your mind has the power to shape your entire present and future.
That is why it is very important that you take care of the ideas that you feed your mind with.
The quality of your life is shaped by the quality of your thoughts.
But how do your thoughts get shaped? There are unlimited factors that shape your thoughts.
One of the most powerful ways to control the quality of your thoughts is by reading high quality books.
Self education allows you to create a real fortune. Reading exposes you to unlimited ideas. One idea can change your life forever.
Don’t depend on formal education only.
As Jim Rohn says, “Formal education makes you a living, while self education makes you a fortune”
Read high quality books. Feed your mind with success insights and wisdom. Leave no room for weak and negative thoughts.
Why is change so difficult? There is a dark secret that tries to hold us back from all the success we so earnestly desire.
We are born with the innate ability to overcome any human hardship whether it be social, emotional, mental, physical, or financial. The key has to be discovered on our own personal journey. Year after year books are published promising happiness, joy, prosperity, love and health. They just don’t tell us how to do it. Oh, yes, they tell us to think positive or forget about the past. They offer us chants and “powers” and even “secrets”.
Here’s the real secret…As long as your heart or mind or body remembers that negative incident from how ever long ago, your ability to have a healthier life will remain a struggle. In this article I will show you how my life coaching process will help you have more health, success, and prosperity.
While in college in New Orleans, I lived with my best friend, Mike Burnett, in a basement apartment. One night before drifting off to sleep, I heard the rain outside coming down in sheets. I felt very happy to be in a dry and comfortable bed.
My next conscious thoughts were of my bed shaking. Upon opening my eyes, I saw Mike standing at the foot of my bed and heard his voice, “Bill, wake up, wake up!”
“Okay — what’s going on?” I groggily replied. Mike then said the most confusing thing to me, “Can I get on the bed with you?” I was fully awake now.
I knew Mike like my brother, so I knew he wasn’t suddenly attracted to me in a way I was unaware of before now. Even so, I had to dig deeper. “Why?” I asked. He said, “Why? Put your hand over the side of the bed!”
Through the years people have found out how important article marketing can be. Articles have been known to drive tons of traffic to a website and are responsible for producing a very nice income for the website owners.
I have turned totally to writing and submitting articles for all my marketing needs. Why? Because I receive top quality visitors to my website.
The people who clicks on my links in the recourse box are all targeted visitors. And it’s all FREE!
The key to successful article marketing is to submit articles that are related to your website content.
Example: Say you are submitting a article about the best fishing spots. Your website could be a site selling fishing equipment.
It is important to write your recourse box with eye catching words. It is also a good idea to have a keyword placed in your message also.
I find it fascinating that most people plan their vacations with better care than they plan their lives. Perhaps that is because escape is easier than change. – Jim Rohn
If you have reached a point in your life where having a break to get away from it all is your only oasis, it is probably worth looking closer to home for a break in the clouds. A break from old thinking or old habits or old lifestyle can be more exhilarating than flying off to Barbados with the same old baggage. Because the trouble with old baggage is that it invariably sags – especially on the way home. So, how can you go nowhere and yet still get away from it all – permanently?
How To Optimise The Tiny Little Fragments Of Free Time That We Have
By Mohamad Latiff
You have most probably heard of this quotation that goes something like, “If you want to know the value of one second, ask the athlete who came in second place; If you want to know the value of one minute, ask the worker who missed his train to work.”
I have not the memory nor the space nor the time to quote it here fully, but I wish to acknowledge the fact that we do get that occasional amount of precious free time, ranging from a few seconds to a few minutes (depending upon your level of productivity and efficiency in whatever it is that mostly occupies your day).
While we’re waiting for the bus, train or taxi, we get some free waiting time. Whether we’re singing or cursing as we’re trapped in heavy traffic, we get free time. When we queue to pay for those Aspirin (Panadol) tablets at the pharmacy, we get free time.
There has been a myth floating around for a number of years that’s says, “if you act enthusiastic you will be come enthusiastic”. Yes and no.
If you tend to be enthusiastic when things age going well let me ask you – do you act just as enthusiastic when you are going down in flames and life is filled with problem after problem?
Optimism, enthusiasm, being positive and hopeful are not acts, they are either a part of your belief system, who you are, or they are not. Can you smile in the midst of trauma, problems, adversity and failure? Can you laugh at life’s tribulations and challenges? Do you bring the same passion to life and it’s activities when life throws you nothing but curves, disappointment and frustration as when everything is working and “life is good”?
The truth is that success is not difficult to achieve. Well, here are the 3 simple keys to success:
1. Set achievable and specific goals
How do we know if the goals we set are achievable? Well, here’s my definition of ‘achievable goals’. I personally believe that a goal is not achievable unless you believe that you have the resources to achieve outcome that you desire.
Also, The goal should be as specific as possible so that you can formulate precise ways on how to reach it. Unless you are specific in what you want, it’s very unlikely that you’ll achieve your goals. Think about it. Your mind will not know what to focus on until you direct it to move in a certain direction. By having a specific goal, you’ll not only direct your mind to what you want, you’ll also find yourself attracting the resources you need into your life. Remember the law of attraction?
Procrastination can be a problem for most people. I, myself, am such a master procrastinator that I can easily get awards for being so good at it. Procrastination is analogous to laziness. You set things aside, knowing that there’ll be lots of time to do them in the next hours, days, or even weeks. Personality-wise, procrastination is not positive! It’s a negative force that results in unutilized skills and dullness.
You might be thinking, then, what, really, are the causes of procrastination? Here is a list of typical reasons why I go on procrastinating.
• The right mood. Funny as it may seem, I always wait for the right mood where I feel so happy or active to do certain things. I can consider my mood as a factor to motivate me in accomplishing work.
Sometimes, when all our doubts, fears and insecurities wrap ourselves up, we always come up with the idea of “I wish I was somebody else.” More often than not, we think and believe that someone or rather, most people are better than us – when in reality, the fact is, most people are more scared than us.
You spot a totally eye-catching girl sitting by herself at a party, casually sipping on a glass of Asti Spumanti. You think to yourself, “she looks so perfectly calm and confident.” But if you could read thru her transparent mind, you would see a bunch of clouds of thoughts and you might just be amazed that she’s thinking “are people talking about why I am seated here alone?… Why don’t guys find me attractive? …I don’t like my ankles, they look too skinny… I wish I was as intelligent as my best friend.”
