The vast majority of these resolutions get off to a good start, but in a relatively short time are put aside, and life goes on as usual. Keeping a resolution to lose weight and/or to exercise more, can be difficult for the average person who may have nothing but their own will power to nudge them to continue with their resolve. Many of us just do not have that determination to continue, for the long term, with our chosen program. Other pressures can be heavy and can lead to us gradually falling away from our resolution. There is always something calling us that makes it easy to opt out for one day. This starts the downward spiral which ends with returning to our former lifestyle.
These days there is a myriad of choices available when it comes to home exercise equipment - treadmills are still an old favourite as are stationery bicycles, while stair climbers, steppers and orbital machines seemed to have gained in popularity. 1) Drink Iced Water
When you drink iced water your body uses calories to heat the water back up to your body temperature. Do not drink excessive amounts of water though as it can damage your health. 2 Litres a day should be plenty and drink more when exercising.
2) Walk for 30-45 Minutes a Day
Your should do light exercise daily. This will ensure you burn off enough calories to reach your weight goals. Start slowly and build it up. After a few days you could try a light jog or even a run. Just remember not to overdo it.
